Delete your Voyo account

Have the app? You can also do this in the app: Profile → Delete account.

What we delete

  • Your name, email, mobile number, password and profile photo
  • Your travel documents, trip photos and packing lists
  • Your favourites, shared wishlist, reviews and stories
  • Your Voyo points, and your enquiries

What we keep: records of past bookings, for as long as tax and accounting law requires, with your name and contact details removed. Your questions on trips stay, shown as from "Deleted traveller".

If you have an upcoming trip, cancel it first or contact us. This can't be undone.
